Insert popsicle sticks into the sides, set on a tray and freeze. while kiwis are freezing, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a double burner over the stove. Mix well and remove from heat. Allow to cool to room temperature and remove the kiwis from the freezer. Dip each one into the chocolate mixture and place on a cold tray or pass them around.
